Penguins Preview 17 July

The Majors start lift in the second tier of the LSL's Saturday section with a home match against Templeogue United.

The past eleven months have seen a couple of high-profile departures, as key players moved away from the area, but the bulk of the squad which earned a second straight promotion has been retained, and there have been some exciting new additions who are expected to make their debut this weekend.

The visitors have already started their season, losing 0-1 to a very youthful Portmarnock side a week previously.

Meanwhile, Paulie Morris's Premier side will travel to Esker Celtic aiming to secure their first points of the season, after an unlucky defeat against Terenure College in the curtain-raiser.
