![]() It was a very positive Saturday for the club, as both sides turned in good performances and picked up a win. The firsts secured a 2-0 victory over Clondalkin Celtic in Round Three of the Carroll Cup at Rockfield Park. Robbie Creevy headed in the opener on his full debut but Seaford were unable to put the tie to rest until MJ Tierney netted a breathtaking second in injury time, lobbing the goalkeeper from inside his own half. Read all about it here. Later, the seconds had a brilliant away win, inflicting only a second league defeat of the season on table-topping Balbriggan. Richie Mulholland netted his first Seaford goal in the first half, before top scorer Peter Tierney (right) added a second from the panalty spot. Balbriggan scored a consolation goal to set up an exciting finalé, but Seaford held on to secure their first win in six. Click here for the full match report.
