Match Report: Templeogue United 2-3 Seaford
Lanigan Cup

Seaford managed to end their miserable run of recent results with a comeback cup win in Tymon Park.
The Penguins has much the better of the first half and created a number of openings before eventually taking the lead. Ryan Scollard got clean through but was denied by Jamie Austin and saw the rebound deflected wide, before Austin managed to pluck Jamie McCaul's header from the top corner, and Rob O'Shea also had a presentable chance but side-footed over.
It was McCaul who finally broke the deadlock in first-half stoppage time diverting Thomas Murphy's ball into the net.
The second half saw a more even contest, and Templeogue leveled with their first effort of note, as Cian Mahon produced a brilliant finish off the foot of the post giving Oisin Geoghegan no chance.
And when the hosts hit the front six minutes later through Ben Costello, it looked like it would be another disappointing afternoon for Seaford.
But the men in navy bounced back immediately as Jack Keegan collected substitute Matteo la Placas pass, cut in on his left and buried it from the edge of the box.
Another Seaford sub, Michael Akingbade made a good impact, bursting down the left before smashing a shot into the side netting, before winning a penalty with five minutes to play, and Keegen stepped up to convert and send the Penguins into the next round.
