Match Report: Seaford Rock United 7-2 Balbriggan
LSL Saturday Premier 1

Seaford romped to victory with a dominant home performance to round off 2018.
After a couple of unlucky defeats in the previous two outings, and with a number of regulars injured, Eoin Dunne was forced to shuffle the deck and deployed an aggressive 4-4-2, which paid dividends when his side hit the front within five minutes. From Alex Smirnoff's corner, Conan Murphy produced a brilliant back-oost header to keep the ball alive, delivering it to the perfect spot for Ryan Scollard to volley home from close-range.
Scollard set up the second for man-of-the-match Owen Brayden, who showed great composure and footward to sidestep a defender before coolly slotting home.
Balbriggan pulled one back with a bullet header from a corner but Seaford restored their two goal lead through Scollard before a flurry of goals in first-half injury time, as Brayden made it 4-1 with a looping free-kick that embarrassed the visiting keeper, before Balbriggan pulled another one back only for Scollard to compete his hat-trick with the last kick of the half, tapping in after Murphy's effort had been saved.
The second half was one-way traffic as Seaford threatened to run riot, with Collie Barrett netting number six from the rebound of another Brayden free kick. And the men in navy saved the best for last, when substitute Mark Sullivan produced a rocket of a finish with his weaker left foot, finding the corner of the net from 20 yards to seal the win.
Seaford: Robbie Moran, Matty Sheehan, Shay Egan, Fionn Lawlor (Shane McNamara, 83), Adam Finnegan, Ryan McEnroe (Mark Sullivan, 58), Owen Brayden (Aaron Hartnett, 75) Alex Smirnoff, Conan Murphy (Brian Mullally, 67), Collie Barrett, Ryan Scollard. Goals: Scollard (5, 34, 45) Brayden (44), Barrett (52), Sullivan (82)
