Seaford paid the price for some lax defending, needing to settle for a point despite a dominant display and a fine second half fightback at Rockfield Park.
From the early stages, Seaford's long-range specialists Conor Geoghegan and MJ Tierney rained shots in on Joseph Harry's goal ,with a couple of their efforts just inches off-target, but it was Lorcan who took the lead on 25 though Colin White, who miscued his initial effort after a counter-attack, but was teed up by Karl Andrews to convert from close range. .
As half time drew near, the Penguins were going closer and close, with Richie Mulholland heading into the side-netting from a Chris Monk cross, before Killian Campion rattled the post from the edge of the box, and Caoimhin Fahy almost netted his first ever Seaford goal when his 25-yard drive fizzed just past the post.
But there was a sucker-punch straight after the break, as Adam Greeney cut infield past a static Seaford defence before finishing low into the corner of the net.
The hosts fought back immediately, when Campion curled a fine effort into the top corner, and moments later Mulholland's snapshot on the turn flew just wide.
Paulie Morris introduced a couple of subs off the bench to as the momentum built and the equaliser arrived on 69 minutes, as Mulholland showed composure to trap Geoghegan's square ball in a crowded area before shooting home.
Seaford were in the ascendant now, with substitute Francis Mulhall twice releasing Mulholland with fine through-balls, but one effort flashed wide and a second was repelled by Harry. In between, Michael Shannon went closest for Lorcan, rattling the post with a long-range effort, before heading just wide from a corner.
The Penguins went closest in the dying stages, with Tierney agonising close to netting a stunning free kick, but in the end both sides had to accept a share of the spoils.
