Ryan quickly rose to the first team ranks at the age of just 17, scoring a stunning solo goal away to Maynooth Town, although his senior GAA commitments have hampered his involvement for several season.
Scol was a key play for the second team in the 2017/18 campaign, netting seven goals in all, including one direct from kick-off at Earl Celtic.
The following season he was in even more explosive form for the Premiers, averaging a goal or assist for every 30 minutes of play before Christmas.
He made a big impact for the Majors in their promotion run-in in 2020, netting braces in handsome wins over Drumcondra and Pegasus.
He made a strong start to the 2022/23 campaign, with a couple of early-season assists and a brilliant injury-time equaliser away at Railway Union, eventually finishing the season with a tally of seven, and he started 2023/24 with a bang, netting his first hat-trick in nearly five years in the 5-1 trouncing of Swords Celtic.
He went on to record an extraordinary 29 goals during the season, smashing the club record and earning himself the player of the year title. While his GAA commitments (which led to an All-Ireland Club Championship with Cuala) curtailed his involvement in 2024/25, he kept his amazing scoring streak going by hitting double-figures in just 11 matches, making it an incredible streak of 41 goals 38 appearances.
