Mixed fortunes on the pitch this weekend, with a win and a loss for the club in a Rockfield Park double-header.
The Majors were involved in a tight and tense clash against Kilnamanagh, which was eventually settled by an injury time winner from Christian Firth, set up by keeper Oisin Geoghegan who had moments earlier prevented the visitors from nicking the three points themselves. First ever Seaford goals from Owen Brayden and Matty Sheehan had given the hosts a deserved 2-0 lead after a suberb first half display. But East Wall pulled one back before half time and early in the second, with Seaford keeper Simon McGinty injured in the process. That meant Adam Finnegan was forced to don the gloves, and the stand-in stopper couldn't prevent the visitors from taking the lead shortly after. Carl Doyle netted an equaliser for Seaford but East Wall grabbed another to seal a 4-3 win.
