The firsts were involved in a ding-dong battle with Booth Road in the Carroll Cup first round, eventually losing 4-3 despite goals from Darragh Connolly, James O'Neill and Harry Crowe.

Stephen Faherty won his first league match as first team manager with a 4-2 win over Hartstown Huntstown FC. Harry Crowe moved into double figures for the season with a fine brace, and Darragh Connolly also notched in the first half, but the goal of the day was a stunning 25-yard volley from James O'Neill. Seaford keeper Oisin Geoghegan saved two penalties, adding to one he saved for the seconds a week earlier, to secure the three points.

The seconds were pegged back from 3-1 up to eventually draw 3-3 with Knockmitten United. After a fine career for both the firsts and the seconds, recurring injuries have unfortunately forced Stephen to hang up his boots. He replaced Alan Burns, who has stepped aside after more than five years as first team manager, and will work with the seconds for the remainder of the season.. A disappointing afternoon for the club as the firsts were beaten 3-2 by Mount Merrion despite an impressive second half fight-back, whilst the seconds lost 4-1 despite substitute Paddy Farrelly's second half strike.
