Kevin Glynn
Position: M C
An energetic midfielder, strong in the tackle and with a creative streak, Kevin was one of a number of ex-Mount Merrion youngsters who joined the club in 2009 and quickly caught the eye for the second team with his all-action style and willingness to get forward.
Indeed, he became the first teenager to feature for the first team in several years when he came off the bench against Pioneers FC in February 2010.
The following season, he was an important member of Ronnie McLoughlin’s squad as they finished second in Sun Premier, scoring a crucial last-minute winner away at Wayside Celtic when his long range effort was deflected past the keeper.
