One of the influx of new players to the club during the COVID lockdown, the Wexford man was a great addition to the club's very strong roster of goalkeepers for the 2021/22 season, making his debut for the Premiers against Terenure College.
Having established himself as a star performer for the Prems, it was no surprise when Gavin rose to the occasion when called up for his Majors debut for the biggest game of the club's recent history against Crumlin United in the open section of the FAI Junior Cup, turning in a superb display, albeit in eventual defeat on spot-kicks.
